Do you need water and electricity?
Yes. Please confirm access to an outdoor water spigot and a standard 110V power outlet before booking. The full requirements are listed under the pricing packages.
What happens if the weather changes?
Rain, storms, unsafe wind, extreme cold, or freezing conditions may require rescheduling. If weather could affect service quality or safety, we will contact you as early as possible with the next available appointment.
Can you detail at apartments or workplaces?
Usually, as long as management allows mobile detailing and the service area has safe parking, water access, and an outlet. Covered or shaded areas are preferred when available.
Are prices different for larger vehicles?
Trucks, SUVs, vans, heavy pet hair, sand, biohazard cleanup, or severe staining may increase the final price. We confirm any adjustments before starting.
